Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. We have reserved this time
especially for you. We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule. We do ask that you please give us a 24 hour notice, giving us plenty of time to fill in that appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service. Failure to give any notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. 

New Client Deposit

New clients requesting an appointment that is 2 hours or more will be required
to leave a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will go towards your service that day.

Re-do Policy

We want all clients to leave the salon happy with their hair but if for any reason you are unhappy you have one week to come back in to have us adjust it for you. All colors may be subjected to extra charges. 

Late Policy

If you happen to run 15 minutes or more behind you may be asked to give up part of your services (ie; blow dry) or reschedule your appointment and incur a last minute reschedule fee of $25.00. 

Return Policy

All retail product sales are final.
